The hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a hill outside the busy and noisy El Centro in Oaxaca. The rooms were very clean, roomy, and comfortable, but they did not match the photos online completely. The service was really nice and friendly, though we were still placed in a bottom corner room with no view initially. The location was convenient with food options within a short walk downhill, and the dining experience, although included in the rate, was just okay. Overall, a serene location with friendly service, but room appearance may vary from online expectations.
